The bulletins range in size between 350 and 500 kB. Each will open in a separate window. You will need to be at zoom factor 100% or higher to be able to read the text. The zoom is expressed as a percentage in the lower left corner of the window. Or, you can use the "zoom-in" tool to click and drag a lasso around the area you wish to amplify.
