The Ministries of Hope Chapel: an Austin Church Serving Our Neighbors, Our City and the World

While Hope Chapel is one of those churches that draws people from all over the city, it's also a non-denominational Austin church that has impact all over the world. Our worship songs, our heart for missions, the love we have for people are all characteristics that overflow the boundaries of "church in a box." We're a church that lives for community, for small groups, for families, for individuals who yearn to belong. Unlike a lot of churches, we're not about building a big building, or about growth for growth's sake...we're a modest church in a modest Austin neighborhood, but that makes it pretty easy for people to be comfortable at Hope.

Like many churches in Austin, Texas, we want to serve our neighborhood. Like many Austin churches, we look to serve our city, and to reach the world through active involvement with the University of Texas at Austin, through a decades-long commitment to serving cross-culturally, and through sending out and supporting short-term and full-time workers. We're also actively partnering with other Austin churches; we know Jesus thinks only of His church in Austin, not any one denomination, and that's the identity we're after.

There are many ways to serve and be served through the ministries of Hope Chapel. Please let us know how you would like to be involved.
